Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move stock and materials.
- Load and Unload Goods: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and load outgoing trucks according to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and prepare items for shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality; background check required.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors clearly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
