Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: Organize and stock inventory accurately to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong history of attendance and punctuality.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
