Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, sorting, and inspection of incoming merchandise.
- Execute picking, packing, and labeling of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Update inventory records in the WMS system to reflect current stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
