Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack merchandise for customer orders with high attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Process shipments and prepare documentation for outgoing freight.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available for weekend shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with team leads.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and counting.
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for enthusiastic candidates.
