Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against packing slips.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Monday).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
