Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the night shift team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation during off-peak hours.
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational bottlenecks immediately.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with the shift team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Management preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Proven leadership experience in a shift-based environment.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in warehouse management software.
