Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 5-8 associates with clear task delegation and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize shift efficiency through process improvement initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues proactively
- Prepare daily shift reports and inventory documentation
- Train new associates on equipment operation and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics management experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
