Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight onto and off of trucks and trailers.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and orderly workspace.
- Prepare and package orders accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Assist in the maintenance of production equipment and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
