Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure 100% safety compliance during night shifts.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and order fulfillment for Saturday/Sunday peaks.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with logistics managers to resolve bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Conduct shift briefings and safety audits to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior supervisory or warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be available for Saturday, Sunday, and overnight shifts.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
