As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Operate heavy warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks on products before they are packaged for shipment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory levels and movement.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve logistical issues quickly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak delivery windows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible shift hours.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
