Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately at the register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and identifying out-of-stock items.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor managers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move around the sales floor.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a track record of showing up on time.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID.
