Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering inquiries promptly.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and handling cash drops.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior retail or sales experience is required; we provide all necessary training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for customer service and a positive attitude are essential.
