Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon entry, answer questions about products, and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring displays are eye-catching.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately ring up sales at the register, process returns, and handle cash and credit transactions according to company policies.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, receiving shipments, and organizing the backroom to ensure efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards for appearance, uniform, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with the ability to work shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
