Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience in our NY and FL locations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain attractive, organized product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to work in New York or Florida.
