Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory counts, and communicate shortages to management to ensure product availability.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and bagging purchases.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising directives to highlight promotions and drive sales during weekend events.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure store goals are met and support cross-functional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible scheduling options.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods while performing job duties.
