Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (handle time, satisfaction scores)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun 8am-6pm)
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (25+ WPM)
- Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Las Vegas location
