- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell products.
- Collaborate with the support team to maintain high First Contact Resolution (FCR) rates.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior call center experience is a strong plus.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult customer situations.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based software.
