Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining call quality standards
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong computer proficiency
- Comfortable working flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) with potential weekday availability
- Proven problem-solving abilities and resilience in high-volume environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
