What You Will Do
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Available to work weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but we train eager learners.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
