Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone/chat with empathy and efficiency
- Exceed satisfaction metrics for weekend client accounts
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM platform
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Identify upsell opportunities during high-value interactions
- Maintain 95%+ call quality adherence to SLAs
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team huddles
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm PT)
- Quiet home office with high-speed internet
- Proficient in multitasking with CRM software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must reside in CA or NC
