Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with attention to detail
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics (call quality, resolution rate)
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues effectively
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible weekday hours for training)
