Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including quality scores and resolution times
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex cases
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service consistency
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain positive customer relationships through follow-up communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun) with flexibility during peak hours
