Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and billing using CRM systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication skills

- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
