Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Log all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints into our CRM system.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on our services and answer questions regarding billing and account details.
- Adhere to Scripts: Follow call guidelines while maintaining a natural and helpful tone.
- Escalate Complex Cases: Identify when an issue requires specialized assistance and route the call appropriately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our hiring event.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Professionalism: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy.
