Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to team leads or supervisors as needed.
- Adhere to all company call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
