Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets where applicable.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service level objectives are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
