Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls to resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Identify and assess every customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and other requests.
- Operate telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
- Document all customer interactions and account activities accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and typing (40+ wpm).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
