Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide exceptional service to clients in Wichita, KS and Florida.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa location.
