Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints, technical issues, and account questions with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handle time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or prior call center experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
