Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately enter customer data and transaction details into our CRM system.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide professional, empathetic solutions.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and address service gaps.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
