- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred.

- Reliable computer and headset equipment.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
