Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, AHT, and first-call resolution
- Collaborate with Tier-2 support for complex escalations
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team training sessions
- Uphold HIPAA/GDPR compliance for all customer interactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Proficient with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal communication in English (bilingual Spanish/Chinese a plus)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm) with holiday flexibility
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Experience with SaaS or tech support environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution aptitude
