Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Answer and resolve incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and account details into our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict call scripts and quality monitoring standards to maintain high service levels.
- Upselling & Sales: Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services to enhance the customer experience and meet team targets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multi-screen applications.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
