Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 clients with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and service disruptions
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience

- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
