Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support for technical inquiries, billing questions, and product troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolution workflows
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Adhere to SLA metrics while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new products and support protocols
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements
- Uphold strict data security standards and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or chat-based communication
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat support platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
