Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience (chat/email preferred)
- Exceptional written communication with strong grammar skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced digital environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-8pm)
