Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries across SaaS and e-commerce platforms
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ resolution rate
- Collaborate with weekend technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities through customer feedback analysis
- Adhere to SLA standards with average response time under 90 seconds
- Participate in weekly cross-functional training sessions
- Support weekend product launches and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in digital customer support or live chat environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical troubleshooting approach
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM CT)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for formatting support responses
