- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex issue escalation
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities through personalized chat interactions
- Adhere to SLA targets with average response time under 45 seconds
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new products and tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience via chat/email/phone channels
- Exceptional typing skills (60+ WPM) with near-flawless grammar
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST)
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace required
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chat conversations
