- Monitor chat queues with average response time under 90 seconds
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for chat protocols
- Support weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience via chat/email/phone
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM PT)
