Qualifications

- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce) and chat platforms
- Excellent written communication with clear, concise messaging
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Type 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
