Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support across multiple platforms (Slack, Zendesk, Intercom)
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product usage questions
- Maintain detailed ticket documentation and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with weekend engineering teams for complex escalations
- Monitor chat volume metrics and proactively address user needs
- Participate in weekend training sessions and product updates
- Support weekend launch events and product rollouts
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience with digital channels
- Exceptional written communication skills (120+ WPM typing)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Technical aptitude for SaaS products and troubleshooting
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chats
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
