- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution targets
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and process optimization
- Monitor chat queues during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or chat-based assistance
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Proficiency with CRM software and chat platforms (Zendesk, Intercom)

- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
