Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support for technical inquiries and account issues
- Document interactions using CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with Tier 2 teams for complex escalations
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Adhere to SLAs and maintain 95% chat response rate
- Participate in weekly team training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience via digital channels
- Exceptional written communication with professional tone
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced chat environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM PST)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
