Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional chat-based customer support for small business clients across Pennsylvania
- Troubleshoot technical issues including platform navigation, payment processing, and account setup
- Document interactions and resolve tickets with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Collaborate with weekday support team to maintain consistent service quality
- Identify trends in client inquiries to improve support resources
- Maintain 99% chat availability during assigned weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience via chat/email
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to type 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- PA residency required for local business context knowledge
