- Manage Live Chat Sessions: Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Maintain Tone & Quality: Ensure all interactions are professional, friendly, and aligned with our brand voice.
- Document Interactions: Log detailed notes on every conversation to maintain accurate customer records.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products to enhance customer value.
- Follow Policies: Adhere strictly to company guidelines, scripts, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent written English skills with a keen attention to grammar and spelling.
- Experience: Previous customer support or chat support experience is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Technical: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software or chat tools is a plus.
