Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently using established scripts and troubleshooting protocols.
- CRM Management: Log detailed interaction notes into our customer relationship management system accurately.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed call quality standards and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional telephone voice.
- Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Availability: Ability to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
