- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere to SLAs while maintaining 95%+ chat resolution rates
- Participate in weekend training sessions to sharpen product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in digital channels
- Exceptional typing speed (50+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm shifts)
