Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via real-time chat with exceptional professionalism and accuracy
- Troubleshoot technical issues across software platforms and digital services

- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists with clear context
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring pain points
- Support weekend operations during peak customer engagement hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 6+ months of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in multitasking chat platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Exceptional written communication with clear, concise messaging
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge for software/hardware issues
