Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, empathetic, and timely support to customers via live chat channels.
- Resolve product inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and answer questions regarding services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team and product department to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Manage multiple chat windows simultaneously without compromising on quality or speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional and polite tone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to type at least 40-50 WPM.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) with consistent shift hours.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software navigation.
