Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and service requests
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case histories in CRM systems

- Adhere to company SLAs and quality standards for all customer interactions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows

Qualifications

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm CT)
